I did never receive the product. They reimbursed me less than i payed for the product! I don’t understand why i must spend any money on a product that was not delivered! Full reimbursment should be the norm.

This makes the product a novel and necessary briefcase, but with little durability, given that its purpose is to carry tools, which depending on the weight, can end up tearing the bag.
